Job description
Our Barton Warehouse (BAB Distribution) are looking for organised, dedicated individuals to join their team and support with the day to day distribution operations within the warehouse.
Role Purpose
- Stock Organisation - to involve picking stock as per customer or branch demand.
- Loading/unloading company vehicles with required stock to meet delivery cut off times
- Unloading stock from containers
- Weekly stock audits
- Relevant ad hoc duties
Key duties and responsibilities
- Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
- Work well within the team but also use initiative when required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Contribute to good housekeeping routines
- To Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements.
- To communicate Bush Group vision for "quality at all costs"
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
NB: You must have a full, UK driving licence for this role as you may be expected to learn and cover delivery runs as per business requirements.
This role is paid at current National Minimum Wage, plus the opportunity to earn a bonus every quarter.
Contracted hours are 45 hours per week within our operating hours.
