Monday - Friday 06:45 - 14:45hrs
Position Summary:
· Knowledge of the Warehouse/ Logistics environment essential;
· Hold a recognised and qualified forklift truck license;
· English language/numeracy skills required;
· Health & Safety training & qualification preferable;
Food & Hygiene Level 2 preferable.
Responsibilities:
· Follow all the Company’s Health & Safety rules and guidelines at all times, reporting any ‘Near Miss’ or specific incidents immediately;
· Ensure all the relevant HACCP, quality, specification and GMP procedures are followed at all times, achieving the required standards;
· Ensure waste is fully segregated in line with company procedures;
· Stack pallets as required;
· Remove waste and keep yards and work areas clean and tidy;
· Safely use hand pump trucks;
· Be responsible for the picking process including completion of pick sheets;
· Identify material and product varieties;
· Communicate non-conformances to the Warehouse Supervisor;
· Assist with stock takes;
· Complete paperwork returns and assist with the collection of quality samples;
· Infeed and collection to/from Productions Areas and Goods In;
· Be responsible for all goods received and attachment of traceability labelling;
· Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and correctly in line with SAP controls;
· Work closely with Operation to ensure right products are delivered as and when required to ensure optimum stock levels at all times in production floor;
· Operate a minimum of 3 different type of truck used by the Business.
