Our client is a long established company with over 30 years in the industry have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse/Machine Operative to join and strengthen their team. This role is temp•perm however the right candidates will develop a long and rewarding career within the business. Overtime available regularly.

This is the ideal role for an experienced Warehouse/Machine Operative looking to develop their career with an award•winning company.

As a Warehouse/Machine Operative you will be responsible for signing off delivered goods in and distributing them into their correct unit.

Your duties will include:

• Operating machinery
• Using band saws to cut steel (Training Provided)
• Quality checking own work
• Reading from engineering drawings
• Using measuring equipment
• Working to tight tolerances
• Covering warehouse duties:
• Receive stock deliveries, inspection of delivery and unloading safely
• Picking and packing items for dispatch using overhead cranes (Training Provided)
• Labelling and putting stock in correct location
• Understanding and completion of paperwork
• Cleaning of the warehouse
• Stock check and relaying information back to relevant departments
• Other duties as required
