We understand that in today's competitive marketplace stock availability and speed of delivery is paramount. Our finely tuned logistics systems ensure we have the parts you need when you need them.

Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to enhance the best team on earth based in our warehouse at head office in Kirkcaldy on a temporary basis for a month to month contract.

Position overview

To show a high level of competency and organisational skills working within a team environment providing a total quality service to internal and external customers. Ensuring that a professional representation of the company, its services and values with a positive can do attitude are exhibited at all time.

These positions are temporary (fixed term contract directly with the business) from between 1 - 3 months.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that customer orders are picked and packed according to company procedures
  • Ensuring the warehouse and yard are is kept clean & tidy at all times
  • Ensuring incoming goods are handled according to company procedures
  • Completing any company documentation required
  • Work in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to H&S instructions and best practices

Skills, Knowledge and Education Requirements

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in similar warehouse environment.
  • Valid Fork Lift Truck Driver Certification, for both Counterbalance and Reach trucks is ESSENTIAL.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • IT Literate - able to utilise basic Warehouse Management System.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to undertake duties including lifting and carrying heavy items.
