Company Description Frasers Group are currently looking for Trainee Supervisors to join our Waste Management Team at our Head Office in Shirebrook. You will be responsible for recycling, reducing, reusing and disposing of waste throughout the warehouse and drive the highest standards of safety on-site. You will report into the Section Manager and direct line manage Warehouse Operatives working in the department. Job Description Shift pattern: Any 5 in 7 - will include weekend work We have x1 position for Day shift (5:55am-14:55pm) and x1 position for Evening shift (14:35pm-11:35pm) available As a Trainee Supervisor for the Recycling & waste department your key responsibilities will include: Working & managing to follow the company recycling strategies Adjust work plans ,carried out as per process schedules Driving the highest standards of safety on site, ensure adherence to all safety routines/procedures (e.g. Floor Safety Inspections, Hazard Spotting, Risk Assessment ) Maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff Organize the team (Tasks & Time) Articulate clear goals Make decisions through collective input Empower members to challenge, when appropriate Actively promote and facilitate good team work Managing conflict resolution Full Training will be provided. Qualifications Previous experience in recycling/waste management role is welcome however not essential Knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer literate Attention to detail Additional Information An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless.
