Company Description Frasers Group are currently looking for an Days Shift Trainee Supervisor to join our Cleaning Team at our Head Office in Shirebrook. You will be responsible for keeping designated areas clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. Job Description Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (5:55am-14:55pm) As a Trainee Supervisor for the cleaning department your key responsibilities will include: Cleaning within the warehouse, stores and gyms that are based on-site You will need to be willing to clean floors, walls, surfaces, furniture & fittings, toilets, spillages, etc. Using cleaning equipment Working at height Understand and adjust work plans when necessary Ensure cleaning is carried out as per cleaning schedules and that cleaning is recorded Partnering up with new starters to train them when required Making sure all essential/priority areas are cleaned to the highest standard Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required Driving the highest standards of safety on site, ensure adherence to all safety routines/procedures (e.g. Floor Safety Inspections, Hazard Spotting, Risk Assessments) Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning role Customer focused approach to operational management Problem solving ability in a fast paced business Computer literate High level of attention-to-detail Full training will be provided.
