Huboo are a technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.

The role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain a fair balance of workload in their area so that no one is left overloaded (or idle) and personally lend support if needed
• Lead the daily huddle effectively communicating the requirements for the business that day
• First point of escalation for customer service or operational issue resolution
• Ensure that accurate and timely communication is always flowing with clients and the business
• Make Huboo a great place to work for your hub managers, encouraging and motivating your team
• Create an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained, and immediate interventions are made to correct all mistakes
• Hands on and leads by example to get the daily work done
• Identify training requirements, showing “how to”, coaching, practical help, direction and expertise to support to the hub managers in their area

Requirements

• Experience of leading a successful high performing team – this can be in an actual or a step-up role
• Excellent coaching skills developing members of staff
• The ability to plan effectively to create maximum efficiency
• Problem solving skills in the moment and for long term issues
• High energy and the ability to motivate a team to perform to the best of their abilities
• A customer centric individual that always understands the customers situation and puts actions in place to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
• A people focused individual that ensures plans are in place to make the operation a great place to work

About us:

Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.

Paul and Martin soon created Huboo’s unique Hub Model.

Huboo was then founded. Huboo is not like any normal fulfilment warehouse, we have a specific Hub Model, which allows our Hub Managers to take ownership of their Hubs and be the point of contact for our clients. They are not only pickers and packers but are also account managers too. Huboo work with clients selling through eBay, Amazon, and other channels. We are the fastest growing e-commerce fulfilment company in the UK and are looking for two Warehouse Team Supervisors to join our exciting journey!
