Warehouse Team Manager

Reading (Nights)

Salary £36,266 (including night shift allowance)

Shift Pattern - Sunday - Friday 18:00 start onwards some flexibility is required

We supply great food to some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. We are currently recruiting for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Manager for our Reading Depot.

The role:

  • Communication of KPI's to the team
  • Plan and schedule the shift's work, assigning activities to the team
  • Hold start of shift huddles
  • Team motivation
  • Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
  • Staff utilisation and rota planning
  • Providing training and direction to team members were required
  • Absence management
