IKEA Milton Keynes is looking to welcome a new team leader to drive our customer fulfillment (click & collect) business. WHAT WE OFFER• 39 hours, 5 shifts over 7, alternate weekends offShifts would be between the hours of 6am and 10pm with 1 late finish every week. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVEOur ideal candidate already has leadership experience or is ready for their next step. Has an understanding of a warehouse environment, have a customer-focused mindset and are passionate about stock. Have excellent communication, influencing and networking skills and enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment. You are an analytical and strategic thinker who naturally sees ‘the bigger picture’. Able to solve problems and identify opportunities for improving the ways of working. Set expectations for others and provide clear direction, motivate and develop a team and to drive business direction and accurately follow up to ensure tasks are completed. YOUR DAY TO DAY Responsible for running our fulfilment click and collect team and online customer orders. Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
