Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Salary : £31,160.79
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, days and nights.

About the Role

What are your daily tasks as a Warehouse Operative?
- Leading a team to receive, put away, pick and despatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods from our warehouses.
- Working as a Key member of the Site Supply Leadership Team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required
- Compliant with GMP and HACCP Requirements and can effectively educate team members on key principles
- Identifies and plans area specific training and development requirements within the team and arranges buddy support using appropriate Team Members.
- Manages people management activities ensuring timely completion of Probation & Performance Reviews, Investigations/Disciplinary Processes, Return to Work Interviews, Absence Management and Organisational Change Processes.
- Co-ordinate daily supply activities and resource to ensure effective supply to production and optimise storage capacity and customer service performance. Support the identification of corrective actions to reduce/eliminate issues
- Management of Housekeeping, Clean as you Go, Audit Ready and MHE racking repair activities. Identifies opportunities to improve standards within these areas.
