Position: Team Leader
Location: HMP Wymott, PR26 8LW
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Days - Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,660 per annum

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to under-go Ministry of Justice enhanced security clearance if you are to be successful for this position

No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same. You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment. A good understanding of operational processes
Able to communicate at all levels
Able to work in a demanding environment

To -ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
Be able to work in a prison environment
To reconcile stock levels
To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
