Purpose of the role:
To assist with planning, co-ordinating and report upon the work activities of a team; while promoting and championing Health & Safety within the buisness
Assist Warehouse FLM with all accountabilities as listed below.
- Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
- Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
- Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
- Track team and individual performance of your employees i
- Training schedule - via OMS Culture Dashboard Prepare and execute the shift handover with your colleague of next shift
- Ensure your employees are properly trained on training matrix established for each position,
including onboarding trainings to new hires - via training matrix and schedule and OMS Culture

What do we need from you?
- You must have Forklift License
- Your will be working to support the current First Line Manager
- You will have very good communication skills
- You will have good IT skills with an ability to learn
- Previous Supervisor or management experience - desirable
- You will have previous Warehouse / managment experence
