Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Hours: Full Time and Part time hours available
Work pattern: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary £22,600

You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment. - A good understanding of operational processes
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Able to work in a demanding environment
- Previous warehouse management experience required within a Supply Chain environment (preferable but not essential)

- To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Be able to work in a prison environment
- To reconcile stock levels
- To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
- Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
