The leadership team is experienced, dynamic and client-centric, and the focus for growth is around new technology offerings that compliment current services and additional market share from emerging markets.Your New RoleYour new role will be to guide and direct the warehouse operators as they carry out their day-to-day duties, ensure all time constraints are met and that each shift is carried out safely and without issue. The warehouse controller is to step in and assist the Warehouse shift manager when required to ensure that the day-to-day running of the shift runs smoothly and that all duties are carried out in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesControlling a team on a daily basis.Deputising for Shift Manager during holiday cover, sickness etc.Dealing with other departments in a pleasant, personable manner.Following company procedures and policies and enforcing that within the teamWhat You'll need to SucceedTo achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of:· Previous warehouse experience· Some supervisor experience would be beneficial· Ability to think outside the box to get the job donePersonal abilities/skills· Hands on team player approach.· Flexible approach to work.· Personable and friendly.· Ability to motivate a TeamWhat you'll get in ReturnIn return, you can expect to be given considerable responsibility for implementation, and work closely with a small leadership team where your efforts and success will be noticed.We offer a competitive remuneration package, including free gym membership, private medical care and an employer pension contribution of 5% (based on the employee contributing 5%).
