Ideal Standard are now recruiting a Warehouse Shift Supervisor
The successful candidate will be required to:
Forward plan labour and equipment requirements within all areas of our Distribution Centre, having strong leadership skills to achieve compliance and continual improvements associated with H&S, company procedures, performance optimisation, and accurate WMS (SAP) management.
Training and objective setting for your reporting team will be crucial within this challenging role, as we look to meet monthly and annual operational targets. You will have good communication skills, as well as competent problem-solving capabilities. Ideally you will have supervisory experience from within a Warehouse/DC or manufacturing operation and be a leader or people and performance and procedures.
