Metal Solutions Ltd are a well-established manufacturer and supplier of roofing & cladding products.
We produce a wide range of fabrications in copper, zinc, aluminium, steel & stainless steel.
As a growing business we are looking for a compentent Warehouse picker/packer to join our team at our busy manufacturing workshop in Bolton.
Job Responsibilities
- Picking and packing fragile metal fabrications and metal coils onto pallets
- Building pallets and crates to protect fragile materials during transit
- Effective use of a heat shrink wrap system
- Metal coil banding
- Tidying and general housekeeping within the workshop
- Checking, sorting and storing incoming palletised goods when needed
- Taking personal responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others
- Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality / standard
- Complete training as required by the business including certified training
- Carry out other tasks and duties as reasonably required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required
- Warehouse experience
- Experience of using hand powered tools and saws

Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 4.30pm (45 hour working week)

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
