As a Warehouse Picker and Packer at OutdoorGear UK (outdoorgear.co.uk) you will need to be an enthusiastic and hard-working assistant with a positive attitude. We are a small, friendly team and looking for someone who is proactive, loves a challenge and that can really make a difference to our growing online retail business!Job Title: Warehouse Picker and PackerResponsible to: Warehouse ManagerSalary: £10.60 per hour for average of 37.5 hours per week, approximately 08:30-16:30 on weekdays and 08:30-12:30 on every other Sunday (every Sunday during peak times, such as late November to Christmas).Location: Boscombe, DorsetKey areas of responsibility:Picking and packing stockDispatching orders in a timely manner to meet our service policyProcessing customer returnsCounting, checking, and putting stock awayReceiving and booking in deliveriesCandidates will have the following skills and experience:Warehouse and/or logistics experienceFlexible worker available at weekends, particularly Sundays.Punctual timekeepingManual handlingGood literacy and numeracy skillsAttention to detail and common senseAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience using Royal Mail and DPD shipping platforms - Desirable but full training will be givenSalary and Benefits:Hourly wage £10.60, reviewed annually in line with performanceDiscount on stock after 3 month probation periodAbout us:Oswald Bailey’s OutdoorGear is an online retailer (www.outdoorgear.co.uk) of camping, outdoor kit and clothing, from some of the best global outdoor brands.
