Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operator - Picker, you are an integral part of our operational process. Your key role will be to accurately pick items from our expansive inventory, ensuring that the right products are selected for each order. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations, contributing directly to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

In your role as a Warehouse Operator - Picker, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately picking items based on order specifications. This requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that the correct items are chosen every time.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your diligence will contribute to effective inventory management.
  • Working in harmony with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow within the warehouse. Your collaboration skills will help foster a positive working environment and efficient operations.
  • Adhering to all company policies and regulations, including those related to health and safety, to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Proactively identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor. This will require problem-solving skills and initiative.
