Permanent role with three months trial period.

FEBRUARY start date

37.5 hours per week

09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri with 30 min lunch break. Overtime may be available.

Hangerworld Ltd is a fast-growing online retailer and wholesaler of clothing care and home storage products.

Duties include:

• Preparing products for sale, including labelling, counting, shrink wrapping, performing quality control etc.
• Physically preparing pallets/cartons of stock for shipment, which may include the submission of an online shipping plan. Unloading wagons.
• Monitoring sales from each of our online selling platforms (i.e. our website, Amazon and eBay), downloading the order documents, picking the orders from in-house stock, packaging the orders and dispatching them daily.
• Forklift operation in our warehouse, loading and unloading wagons etc. (subject to training).
• Updating our in-house stock inventory whenever stock is moved / sold / delivered etc.
• Participating in duty warehouse Rota.
• Telephone customer service as required.
• Providing reliable feedback on processes and any highlighting any issues or concerns.
• Performing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Forklift experience desirable but not essential. Bendi/Flexi forklift experience especially desirable, but not essential.
