About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator who will be in charge of maintaining and operating our warehouse in the UK. You would make sure all of our orders are shipped on time, receiving stock and keeping inventory up to date.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role. This will be a part-time London based position.
Key responsibilities & duties
- Picking and packing ecommerce orders daily, running pre-dispatch checks and steaming/packaging all orders perfectly in line with company procedures and standards
- Processing press and influencer parcels and returns
- Processing order returns/refunds
- Communicating with the customer service team to efficiently process order issues/customer requests
- Reporting on fulfilment activity in an end of day report
- Cleaning and organising the fulfilment area on a weekly basis and ensure supplies packaging levels are maintained in line with company procedures
- Accepting stock deliveries and transfers on inventory system
Work experience and skills
- 2+ years experience in ecommerce fulfilment/stockroom administration is required. Retail experience is a bonus.
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Efficient, able to use initiative and organise own workload. Self-motivated and results driven
- Adaptable, has a flexible approach to work and the ability to work with changing demands (including shift patterns)
