Warehouse Operatives – Multi Skilled
RUGBY

WORKING HOURS: 39 per week, Monday to Friday (either of the following patterns):
1) Mon – Fri: 13.30h – 22.00h (one day each week starting at 14.00h)
2) Tue – Fri: 13.30h – 22.00h
Sat: 09:30h – 17:00h (occasional Saturday as per schedule)

Starting basic salary £24,336 per annum & potential bonus of up to £1,370 per annum

THE ROLE
An integral role within our Warehouse Operations, securing the receiving and shipping of parts with the highest level of accuracy and quality.

You will be responsible for providing a world class service of transferring incoming product to ‘live’ inventory locations on our shelves, as well as being responsible for performing the order process of pick, pack and despatch to our dealer delivery points across the UK and Ireland.

You will be trained across all areas, first and foremost securing in-house forklift truck licences and manual handling routines securing personal and site safety. This first step in the training will ensure the facility and equipment within it are in a safe state and to ensure quality, integrity and identity of products within the site.

Essential Competencies & Personal Qualities
  • Manual Handling Equipment experience
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet tight customer deadlines and performance targets
  • A flexible approach to the workplace
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
