Warehouse Operatives - Picking Department, Mon-Fri, 16:00-24:00 hrs, Competitive Salary and Benefits, overtime available. Full Training will be provided.
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Lutterworth team based at Magna Park.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You will be responsible for ensuring that that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines.
This will
include carrying out all given tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company standards within pick/pack/despatch/Goods In/Putaway.
Other duties will include: ensuring all stock is stored securely , along with general warehouse duties and making sure all work area’s are clean, safe and tidy.
What are we looking for?
- A good understanding of health and safety
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills- written and verbal
- Physically fit; all tasks require a degree of walking, standing, lifting or stretching. Some heavy lifting may be involved
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to working hours and willing to do overtime when necessary
- Proactive/self starter/ self-motivated
- High levels of common sense
- High levels of integrity and honesty
- Positive approach to change and good sense of humour
- Flexible and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
