Part Time Warehouse Assistant - Derby

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Warehouse Assistant, to provide an efficient warehouse service at our Derby depot.
This is a permanent, part time position – 15 hours per week. We offer £11.25 per hour as well as paid overtime.
We are a family run business established over 50 years ago and are proud of our approach to staff - we expect you to be self-disciplined and motivated and capable of managing your own working day.
This opportunity involves maintaining a well-organised warehouse for all consumables (soft drinks/snacks/dry ingredients) supplied by the company. You must meet the needs of all internal customers using this service – operations, ingredients ordering and sales department.
The successful candidate will:
- Be reliable and honest
- Be an organised individual with a flexible attitude
- Live in the Derby area
- Have some basic I.T skills
You must be/have:
- Physically capable for the requirements of the job – some heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Able to operate a pallet truck as required to move stock
- A full driving licence (desirable)
- A Reach truck licence
