Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Grange Park in Northampton, on a part-time, permanent basis. You’ll be supporting one of the largest international fashion brands through their up-coming peak and beyond.
We currently have vacancies on the following shift patterns:
- Friday & Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00
- Friday & Saturday, 15:00 – 23:00
- Sunday & Monday, 07:00 – 15:00
- Sunday & Monday, 15:00 – 23:00
- Saturday & Sunday, 07:00 – 15:00
- Saturday & Sunday, 15:00 – 23:00
- Saturday & Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00
Pay, benefits and more:
- An hourly rate from £11.00 to £12.65, depending on the shift you work
- An additional £1 per hour for working weekends
- Overtime paid after 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
- Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control
- Picking and packing of goods from our e-Commerce clothing and accessories brand – no heavy goods!
- Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
- Strong communication written and verbal communication skills
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
- A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
