Lyver Design & Development have over 25 years experience in the gift and souvenir industry offering custom designed products to a range of local, national & international customers on a wholesale & retail basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Warehouse Operative to join our team helping to increase the efficiency of our order picking & packing. As well as taking charge of stock control and inventory management.
THIS IS MORE THAN YOUR STANDARD WAREHOUSE JOB!
you will be joining a small team of 5 existing staff all working toward our goal to keep expanding our business! As we are rapidly expanding in all areas the opportunities to grow within the company are endless, starting as a warehouse operative will show you at the ground level how the business operates in its many sectors. as you will be working closely with Managers and Directors you will inevitably understand more and more about the business each day leading to future opportunities!
The successful applicant will be responsible for :
- Picking, packing & dispatching orders for both wholesale & online retail
- Checking incoming deliveries
- Processing orders using Shopify
- Using Royal Mail Click & Drop to dispatch online retail orders
- Assist with weekly deliveries to local stores
- Keeping a clean and tidy work area
- General maintenance of the office & warehouse
Skills & Experience Required
- GCSE Maths grade 4 or above (C)
- Fully computer literate
- Adaptable
- Positive attitude
- Multitasking
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Meet deadlines
- Work Efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
