Warehouse Operative
TWO BARE FEET is looking for a FULL-TIME warehouse operative to join our team as we approach our summer season.
We sell a large range of Two Bare Feet branded WATER-SPORTS AND ACTION SPORTS GEAR, including paddle boards, wetsuits, body-boards, skateboards, stunt scooters, ski wear, and more.
The ideal applicant will have previous knowledge of the roles required within a warehouse environment. Which include but are not limited to replenishing stock, putting away returned goods and picking/packing orders in a timely and attentive manor.
Our warehouse team are required to obtain a range of different roles and are therefore required to be flexible and have a can-do attitude in their approach to work.
Our working environment is FAST-PACED, and we pride ourselves in our FIRST-CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE, so we are looking for a HARDWORKING, ADAPTABLE, and friendly individual who is willing to work as part of a team to ensure all customers orders are dispatched on time, even in the busiest of times.
Main Purpose of Job
- Correctly picking stock to fulfill customer orders
- Accurately checking items picked against the customer’s order
- Ensuring orders are quality control checked before packaging
- Accurately packing orders in a neat and timely manor
- Identifying courier labels and shipping services on orders to identify order priority
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Replenishing stock , filling away returned goods
- Working within a physically demanding environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Ability to get up to speed with products
- The ability to ask for support when needed and take ownership of responsibilities
- Liaison with various departments
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good humoured
- Happy to work an occasional weekend if required
- An understanding and interest in Water-sports / Skateboarding / Surfing is highly beneficial, but not compulsory.
Working hours:
- 5 Days per week
- Mon-Saturday, 9am - 5pm
