Fearless Fulfilment (FF) is an end-to-end fulfilment solution covering storage, logistics, shipping & returns, customer service and data-led consumer insight. FF was born out of the need to make the fulfillment process simpler, transparent and more efficient for founder-led businesses.

Founder, Matty Donaldson, has over 5 years of experience in D2C logistics, having worked in warehousing and establishing his own online retail company “The Wardrobe Outlet”.

Typically fulfilment centers have complex pricing structures and hidden fees, making it hard for businesses to understand & forecast their cash flow. This type of pricing model is broken & the industry needs disruption through more transparency & support for founders, this is where Fearless Fulfilment comes in.

What you’ll be doing

• You will be working on site processing and picking orders and assisting with production and general operations tasks.

• Pick and pack of all orders

• Sorting of orders per business

• Occasional assistance with production and other manual tasks

• High attention to quality and detail, you'll need to check production quality during picking etc
