Job description
We’re looking for permanent staff to join our Dearne Valley Pallet warehouse!
(Dearne Valley Pallet, Unit 3, Brookfields Drive, Manvers Way, Rotherham S63 5DF.)
Hourly Rate:
£10.80 Per hour (Plus performance bonus*)
Shift Patterns Available:
- Sunday - Tuesday / Sunday- Wednesday 1900 - 0100
- Wednesday- Saturday / Thursday - Saturday 1900 - 0100
- Tuesday - Saturday 1530 - 0000
- Friday - Monday 1530 - 0000
- Friday - Monday 0600-1430/1430-2300 (rotating)
Requirements:
No experience required - full training provided.
This role does involve aspects of lifting, reaching and manoeuvring (you could walk up to 5 miles a day!) so you must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
Some roles do also involve use of machinery and working at height.
About the Role
Our DVP warehouse is where our beauty and small homeware items are stored.
You could palletising the arriving stock and scanning it into the system. Please note you may be working with items up to 15kg of weight - heavy microwaves / rugs / mirrors etc.
