Position: Warehouse Operative Afternoon
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Rugby
Salary & any shift premiums: £24,628
Shift patterns: Any 5 of 7
Work pattern: 10:00-20:00

What do we need from you?
- Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment
- Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach.
- Work efficiently and accurately at all times to meet customer demands and targets.
- Work safely at all times (as per training), ensuring compliance with site H&S policy.
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions, performing housekeeping duties as required.
- Develop job specific skills and knowledge through training to achieve personal and business needs
- Actively participate in site communication and engagement.
- Flexible approach to hours and role.
- Good verbal communication skills.
