Tructyre has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse in Widnes.
You will be looking to join a business that value its people and provide support and opportunities to help our colleagues succeed. Our Warehouse Operatives are key to ensuring our Distribution Warehouses provide our Operations Depots with the stock they need to key our customer fleets moving.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
Unloading and checking stock deliveries from suppliers
Unloading/loading of casings
Locating stock to be distributed to our network and loading onto vehicles
Use of in-house system to book in, transfer and check stock, manage casings and casings collection, picking notes
Have an adaptable and flexible approach to support the business needs
Ensure adherence to KPI’s e.g. picking and manifest discrepancies kept <1%
Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:
Be able to provide valid Right to Work in the UK
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially within a fast-paced environment
Have a flexible approach and be able to adapt to changing priorities
FLT licences would be an advantage including REACH, Counterbalance and Bendi
Be able to work to tight deadlines and to defined key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Benefits package as a Warehouse Operative:
Basic salary of £25,810 per annum.
266 hours Holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
