About The Role
We have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to join our commercial team. The retail back of house warehouse operation supports all of the retail commercial outlets including on-site shops, pop-up shops & e-commerce. Processing all stock deliveries, shop, and online customer orders in a timely fashion to maximise profit and availability to visitors at all times.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of motivated colleagues, passionate about retail, logistics and customer service, the role includes:
· Booking in and processing stock deliveries from suppliers.
· Fulfilment of shop and website customer orders, by completing warehouse picks
· Upkeep of stock locations and inventory management.
· Opportunity to obtain Forklift Truck and Electric Pallet Truck certification
· General housekeeping of warehouse areas.
· Producing Ecommerce web orders using the Shiptheory online fulfilment system, picking and packing goods for web orders to be despatched by three separate carriers
About You
You will have experience of working in a busy commercial warehouse environment and Goods In experience in receiving delivered goods. You will be familiar with Cybertill, Shiptheory or similar Stock Management Ecommerce Systems, and have good communication skills, both telephone and E-mail in combination with a passion for customer service.
