Job description
Perform variety of warehouse functions including picking/packing.
What are your key responsibilities in the role?
Ensure that materials are effectively and efficiently delivered to the production lines to support output to meet targets and key performance indicators.
Comply with the health, safety and environment rules throughout the sector.
Identify and express to the Warehouse Supervisor (LWB5) any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance)
Link various operations according to a predetermined process: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line procurement.
Perform self-controls provided in order to detect non-conformities
Operate appropriately to recognise hazards
Apply the Schneider procedures defined for the material planning
Use computer resources available to save the entries and exits of the store
Some transport operational needs, the operator manages specific export shipping administrative processes transport and customs, communication with freight forwarders
Perform self-checks provided and inventories programmed in order to detect non-conformities
Operate appropriately to address deliveries mistakes, Inbound-Outbound management and follow-up
Apply schneider procedures defined & escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance)
Ensure proper recording of barriers to performance and follow up to resolution
Organize the sequence of operations in some cases • Use computer resources available to save the entries and exits of the store
Be active on the SPS implementation (tools, suggestion system, SIM cycle, …)
