Gap personnel are recruiting 1*Warehouse Operatives on a temporary ongoing basis for our prestigious client based in Hampton, Peterborough (PE7)
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (candidate must be flexible) No Weekend Work
Basic Pay £11 per hour
Duties include:
- Working as a warehouse operative in a team environment
- Unloading containers
- Moving stock into warehouse
- Banding and strapping pallets
- Heaving Lifting / Manual Handling included
- Working to site safe operating procedures
The successful candidates will:
- Have excellent verbal & written English
- Be able to work listed shifts reliably
- Be able to work effectively on own initiative & as a team
- Preferred to have previous warehouse order picking experience, but not essential
- Understand the shifts are until finish, a degree of flexibility is needed at peak times
- Be able to travel to and from site reliably for shifts
- Want a long term role, not a temporary role
