Business Unit: Records Management Location: Leeds - LS12 5JB Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Hours: 40 - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5.30pm Salary: £21,736.00 Looking for Monday to Friday? NO Weekends, Plus NO bank holidays If you’ve got experience in a warehouse, fantastic, we could use someone that can hit the ground running. However, experience isn’t required. So long as you’re a team player, able to handle a relatively physical role whilst being reliable and organised, you’ll easily be able to get up to speed. This is a rapidly growing business with opportunities for career development and would suit someone looking to establish a career in a large company. We operate at the highest levels of data security, and our warehouse operatives are a vital part of our secure workflow. These members of our team allow us to track, monitor and process all documents ready for complete destruction, and in doing so, our warehouse operatives keep our customers’ data safe whilst keeping our operations running. RESPONSIBILITIES Load and Unload vehicles Move and store paper waste in the warehouse Process paper for industrial shredding and baling Maintain records and data entry Ensure a safe and efficient work environment ABOUT YOU Experience working in a team FLT preferred but not essential Enjoy learning new skills Thrive in an active, fast paced environment Reliable Eye for detail and proud to do a great job We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums. Our customers depend on us to manage their historical archives, and our team is proud to support them with their document management needs. From museums to the NHS, from the Ministry of Defence to Legal firms.
