Job description
To process customers orders from receipt of picking list to despatch.
To process all location replenishments, stock transfers and general housekeeping of the pallet racking and bin picking locations.
To receive stock into the Warehouse, check its accuracy and put away into designated locations.
Main Duties:
1. To pick stock from designated picking locations in accordance with the information contained on the picking lists.
2. Print picking lists and stock replenishments using SBS.
3. Check emails for any special request from customer’s i.e. timed deliveries.
4. To assist with the checking and packing of orders in line with the set Paragon procedure.
5. Generate despatch labels using carrier’s computer systems.
6. To assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles that arrive at and depart from Paragon premises.
7. To assist with the housekeeping associated to the employee’s area of responsibility.
8. Carry out daily FLT checks.
9. Location of Replenishments for all contracts.
10. Stock transfers for all contracts.
11. Bulk stock amalgamations for all contracts.
12. Rotation of stock consumables.
13. To check goods are booked in and have arrived in accordance with the guidelines set out in the
Paragon UK documents “Working with Paragon UK”.
14. To check and quantify goods received against delivery documentation.
15. To find stock location both the item(s) fixed picking location or random bulk location as appropriate, using computer system.
16. To check delivery against expected receipt documentation and computer system.
17. To book items to stock using Paragon Goods In computer system.
18. To put items to stock in previously identified locations using Aisle Master Truck (Training is provided where necessary).
19. To carry out any other duties that the employee has been trained to perform as directed by the
Warehouse Manager.
General
Job Description
1. To undertake training as and when required.
2. Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its associated policies.
3. Any other duties that may be required from time to time..
4. Ensure housekeeping is maintained
5. To comply with the company’s quality procedures in particular, to ensure NCR’s OFI’s are raised, reported and acted upon to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem.
6. To identify and correct problems at the earliest opportunity within the warehouse and escalate where required.
7. To ensure that equipment is kept in good working order and to report defects without delay
Responsibilities:
