Warehouse Operative Birmingham, England
Job description
My Client is looking for 1 possibly 2 warehouse operatives currently. The candidates would need to have a counterbalance forklift licence and be willing to work a very manual role as the majority of the daily tasks would be unloading parts from the cutting tables, deburring parts, housekeeping, machine maintenance, etc… I would say it is a 90% off truck / 10% on truck role but would have an opportunity to learn machines etc… to move in to despatch and machine operator role further down the line.
The package would be as follows…
£11 p/hour based on 39 hours per week
9:30 – 18:00 Mon to Thur with 2 x 30 min breaks ( 1 paid & 1 unpaid) and 10:00 – 17:00 Fri with 1 x 30 min break (paid)
28 days holiday + public holidays (3 days of entitlement to be kept back for Christmas shutdown)
Enrolled into bonus scheme after 6 month probation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
