We source all our products direct from suppliers, retail them across 80 different platforms worldwide and distribute them directly to our customers from one of our Monster distribution centres. Rapidly expanding with tremendous potential, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. You will be excellent at multi-tasking and have good attention to detail as well as being physically fit, to unload the deliveries of our wonderfully wide variety of products!

Daily Tasks:

  • Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders using our bespoke ordering system
  • Prepare these ready for collection by our various couriers.
  • Manually unload incoming deliveries and process these so that they are ready to be put away.
  • Help to ensure the workplace and warehouse environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  • Participate in regular stock takes as required.
  • Ensure stock is stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Key Skills required:

  • Have a positive, cheerful and forward thinking approach.
  • Team work as well as initiative to work on your own.
  • Hard working and reliable.
  • GCSE in English and Math’s.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Forklift License would be beneficial.

Working hours: Working days / hours will be Sunday - Wednesday 06:30-17:00 (37.5 hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch). This will be moving to Monday - Thursday 07:00-15:30 and Sunday 08:30-17:00 (37.5 hrs) from 28th March 2023.

Salary: From £18,525.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Scunthorpe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
