ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Menarys was founded in 1923 and we are a well-established family run business with currently 18 stores. Our stores have become focal points in our local communities and we are thrilled to have an opening for a warehouse operative to join our team.
OUTLINE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the warehouse manager, the role will require the successful candidate to work in our demanding warehouse based in Derryloran Industrial Estate, Cookstown. The role will involve order picking for our 18 stores throughout the UK & Ireland. You will carry out general warehouse duties to include pick, pack and dispatch of box and pallet items, as well as dealing with large deliveries daily. The role involve a lot of walking and pulling heavy pallets.
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week, working across 5 days per week Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
With good numerical and English skills, the job holder will be an approachable and engaging person; with previous warehouse experience desirable, and the capability to organise their own time, and work in a small team. These individuals will have a can do attitude, energy, motivation and drive, all of which will allow them to excel at the challenges that are awaiting them.
