We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operative to our fantastic and growing in-store Logistics team based in our Bristol store.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Full Serve Co-Worker.
Scheduled closing date: 01 March 2023.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals, who are not afraid to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. We are on the lookout for someone who has great communication skills, attention to detail and enables a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time.
Ideally, previous experience in a retail, warehouse or logistics environment is desirable, or customer service experience (and if you have both, that's amazing!). However, if you have a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude, and you are enthusiastic about the IKEA Concept and Values, we would love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the Logistics team, you will play a key part in the ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience.

WHAT WE OFFER
- IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer (£10.90 an hour).
- 24-hour contract working 4 days over 7, which includes three in four weekends, however, this can be discussed further at interview.
- Working hours will ordinarily be between 10:00am and 21:30pm, and you may work early, middle or late shifts.

- Picking furniture and products from our Full Serve Warehouse for customers, and handing these products out to the customers at our Collection Point after the checkouts.
- You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
- You will ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
- We are looking for someone who has good IT skills and a customer service mindset as you will be working directly with customers when handing out products.
- You should have a passion for home furnishing, ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.
