Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join the team based at Sherburn in Elmet.
This is a full-time, permanent position, 40.15 hours per week – 11.5 hours per shift - working days and nights on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. The day shift pattern is 07:00-19:00 and night shift pattern is 19:00-07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
You will be working on either red or blue shift. Each of which have a range of departments which covers all warehousing disciplines including returns- Meet and exceed the productivity standards for your department
- Able to listen and react to verbal and written instructions to complete individual and team tasks
- Undertaking a variety of work which has set processes or procedures that must be followed every time, to ensure compliance
- Supporting the management with any other related tasks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment- Good IT skills
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own and as part as a team
- Maintaining Health and Safety in the workplace
