Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in* Warrington* (WA1), working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Iceland Foods. If you’re up for a challenge and want to kickstart that career pathway in logistics, this is the right place to be!
We’re currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team on the following shift patterns:
- *
‘Any 5 days out of 7’ rotating shift pattern covering the hours of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00*
- ‘Any 5 days out of 7’ fixed shift pattern of 14:00-22:00
- Friday to Monday, covering the hours between 06:00 to 18:00
- Thursday to Sunday, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00
- Thursday to Monday, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00
- Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday, covering the hours of 20:00 to 06:00
- Sunday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday, covering 20:00-04:00 (chill environment)

Now you know what we’re looking for, here’s what’s in it for you:
- An hourly rate from £12.08 on days, that’s a basic salary of £23,556.00 with the potential to earn £31,088.12 OTE
- An hourly rate of £14.02 on nights, that’s a basic annual salary of £27.399.00 with the potential to earn £33,624.62 OTE
- A fantastic KPI performance related bonus – up to an additional £82.45 per week!
- Additional £56 for weekends working (days shifts only)

What you’ll do on a typical day:*
- You’ll be working in ambient, chill and freezer chambers – full training and PPE provided!
- Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s – full training will be provided
