Working in a busy warehouse the individual will be expected to be competent in handling multiple brands and assembling various combinations of product into multiple orders with extreme accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely accurate, Picking and Packing of stock orders ready for shipping to customers.
- Work closely with all supervisors and management to ensure that all objectives are achieved and maintained while retaining a good working relationship.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times.
- Assist in company 5s systems
- Ensure all Health and Safety aspects are maintained at all time in- line with company Health and Safety policy.
- Assist with company cycle stock counts as needed.
- Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles as needed, i.e. forklift driver/Banksman if trained to do so.
- Assist and help maintain security of company stock and assets.
- Assisting management in constantly reviewing operating methods, layout, and procedures to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Any other task that can reasonably be performed as requested by your line manager or the company.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment.
- Methodical with good attention to detail.
- Focused on delivering outstanding service with a can-do attitude
- Basic IT skills e.g. basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
Working Hours available are Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 4.30pm (with a one hour break)
Location - Redhill (Holmethorpe industrial estate)
Salary - £10.42 per hour
23 days annual leave (pro rata)

Contract is based on 3 months with the view to be extended or made permanent
