Job description
First Integrated Solutions are seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
Based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen you will provide a materials management service to the company ensuring materials and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, A forklift license is preferred but not essential.
This is a hands-on role which includes heavy manual handling duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This list does not represent an exhaustive list but indicates the main responsibilities the post holder will be required to undertake:
- Responsible for Goods Receipt & Despatch, equipment checks of all materials entering / leaving yard / warehouse.
- Responsible for Inputting material receipts and manifest details to materials management system.
- Responsible for stock taking activities logging stock levels and advising supervisor of discrepancies.
- Maintains good housekeeping in storage areas and ensure materials and products are stored in an organised and safe manner.
- Carry out daily / weekly / monthly checks on vehicle in line with company procedures.
- Carry out work in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires.
- Carry out work in accordance with 1st Integrated Solutions operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements.
Qualification & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience within a similar role
Preferred:
- Forklift Licence (B2 / up to 8tonne)
- Working knowledge of InspHire or similar Asset Management system
- Dangerous Goods by Sea / Road
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Container Packing Training

- Ability to handle heavy items (up to 20kg)
- Good level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
