Encore's dedicated on site team are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for one of our largest clients in Northampton. We have multiple shifts available for our warehouse operatives and can offer training into MHE roles, on-going work

Warehouse Operative KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking - Efficiently assemble loads without error using the pick lists/equipment provided.
- Achieve pick rates
- Use of voice picking system
- Driving of LLOP / MHE
- Stock control/ warehouse operative
- Work safely
- Ensure that all site-specific rules and operating practice are adhered to at all times.
- Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force.
- Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager.
- Maintain good time keeping.
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
- Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation in covering duties of a related nature not specifically referred to in the description that may enhance the service provided to the customer.
