Warehouse Operative Job in Christchurch
Our client based in Christchurch is one of the leading organic whole food brands in the UK. Their purpose is to make high quality organic food more accessible and affordable so all people can build themselves and their families with clean, honest, healthy food. They are growing rapidly and they are looking for a new Warehouse Operative to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Batching incoming stock and putting it in its designated locations
- Adhering to food safety standards at all times
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken
- Hit daily targets for packing
- Good attendance and punctuality required
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually at times
- High levels of self-motivation
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in a food production and hygiene setting is helpful, though not essential.
- An interest in healthy/organic foods is a bonus!
Salary and Benefits:
- An hourly rate of £9.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Ability to commute: Christchurch
- Parking onsite
- Company pension scheme
