Position: Warehouse Operative
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Coventry:Vespa Park Unit 2
Salary & any shift premiums: £22,428.40 + 7% shift premium
Shift patterns: Rotational 06:00-14:00 – 10:00-18:00
Work pattern: Monday - Friday
- Please note a Counterbalance and or Reach truck license is essential.

What do we need from you?
- Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment.
- Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required.
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach.
- To receive, handle, store and despatch customer product within the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner. To support the team leader in managing the running of everyday business.
- Picking/Packing outbound product and handling in accordance with relevant department procedures.
- Loading vehicles and completing despatch documents & checking inbound products against receipt documentation.
- Completing ad-hoc requests made by the team leader, First Line Manager or Site Operations Manager.
- Picking & packing metal parts, moulds, nuts & bolts etc.
- Occasional lifting up to 25kg.
- Counterbalance and or Reach truck license is essential.
- Please note you will be required to complete a Drugs & Alcohol test.
