DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment.
• be assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves.
• To carry out warehouse tasks within; goods-in, put away and receive goods, order picking, dispatch.
• Adherence to Quality Management Systems, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions and Safe Systems of Work
• Be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment.

pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

**PLEASE NOTE, IT IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT THAT YOU HOLD AT LEAST ONE OF THE MHE LICENCES HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD BELOW**

• A valid Forklift Truck License
• A valid Counterbalance License
• Valid LLOP/PPT
• A valid Reach Truck License

We also require:

• Manual Handing Equipment (MHE) experience
• Experience working in a Warehouse environment

A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well received.
