Warehouse Operative - £22,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonus of £120
Work at our state of the art Distribution Centre in Alwalton Hill, where every day you will help to prepare products to be delivered for customers with intimate healthcare needs.
Within our cutting, picking and packing teams you will handle medical products that help make lives easier for our customers.

Shifts available;
Full time with start times of 8.00 am, 9.00 am and 12 midday, rotating weekly from early to lates.
Part time shifts 4pm til 8pm or between 1 pm to 9 pm.
Flexible working patterns may also be considered.

Main duties include
To pick, pack or cut customers’ orders in line with our ISO Quality Management System
In our Pick/Pack area, you will pick products from around our warehouse, pack orders in line with customer requirements and prepare to ship orders to customers
Inspect products for defects and damages prior to processing
Be open to develop skills in all sections of the Warehouse in order to multi-skill and support across the teams when required
To support and actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
To personally maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout working day
Personal Characteristics
You will be dependable and reliable with good communication
Have a flexible approach to shift patterns and times on occasion
Ideally be experienced in delivering high quality measures and KPI’s
You will have the ability to work to challenging deadlines and targets whilst maintaining quality
Experience
Warehouse or Production environment experience is desirable.
Knowledge of working to good distribution principles, ideally within the healthcare industry
Ideally you will have gained working knowledge of scanners or similar systems
Good level of verbal and written English language skills and good numeracy skills
