Warehouse Operative
It’s a busy time for us in our Distribution Warehouse in Park Farm, Folkestone and we are looking for a new Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is very active and you’ll be required to lift boxes into locations and unload containers. For this reason, you’ll need to be active and have a decent level of fitness.
What you’ll need:
- Some previous experience working in a Warehouse environment and using a hand-held picking gun (desired but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- Willing and able to walk around 25,000 steps per day (great for your Fitbit)
- A friendly attitude, able to keep up in such a fast paced environment
- Good awareness of Health and Safety
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in a team to accurately pick items, using a hand-held picking gun
- Learning how to pack items carefully so they arrive to our customers as they should
- Working in a really friendly team environment, with training and support on hand
