Job description
Position:
We are seeking a dynamic warehouse operative to join the team!
You will be responsible for preparing the deliveries, at the right time, to the right place. This will include the following duties:
- Picking, packing and getting orders ready for dispatch
- Ensuring the loading of trucks is done in a safe and optimized way
- Making sure all deliveries are accurate and dispatched on time
- Shared responsibility for stock management, replenishment and rotation
- Speaking with internal and external departments regarding client orders
- Following all health and safety guidelines and achieving key targets
Profile:
No experience? No problem! – We’re mainly interested in curious and motivated candidates!

- You’re organised, self-motivated and with a can-do attitude
- Ideally, you have a forklift truck license and have experience of a Warehouse Management System

The role can be physically demanding, so It’s necessary to be in suitable health to be able to ensure the mission.
Conditions:
- Gross salary: £10.42/h – Overtime paid at higher rate
- Working hours : 38h per week (8:24 am to 4:30 pm, from Monday to Friday)
- 25 days holiday (plus statutory Bank Holidays) + extra day after every 5 years worked
